Toilet Seats

(a two-act play)

A two-act play written for the creative writing seminar of award-winning playwright Adrienne Kennedy at Harvard College, to which I was accepted based on my previous plays.

Characters:
HARRY. A man born in the mid-1910s. He is wearing comfortable clothes.
MAGGIE. His wife, of the same age. A real housewife, occupying herself with housekeeping and nothing else.
HUBERT. Their son, born in the late 1930s. He is wearing elegant pants and a shirt.
PEARL. Hubert's wife; wears a dress.
MATT. Hubert's brother, younger than he is. He is unshaven and wears jeans with an unbuttoned shirt.
